Our 18 technical specialists come from the customer care, design, acoustics, technology and installation sectors, so that they can take care of all your needs, and are able to explain the latest trends in simple words. When we advise you on your choice of the best possible equipment to meet your particular requirements, we place a very high value on the spatial parameters of your own home. We advise you where to place operating devices and speakers, and look into the individual opportunities presented to you by the latest digital receiver technologies. Of course, we also allow you to try out any equipment that appeals to you within your own four walls, so that you can make your decision calmly and with certainty.
Well-planned installation and cabling is important to us because this lays the groundwork for a satisfied client. Particularly in the case of Multi-Room projects, we will also prepare detailed plans for installation and connection.
Our installation team has been trained by BANG & OLUFSEN to professionally install your equipment and put it into operation within your home. Naturally, we offer this service to you when you relocate your existing equipment, as well as when you buy new items.
After installation, a specialist will explain to you how the operating devices associated with your new equipment work, removing the need for you to spend your own time studying the operating instructions.
Should any item of equipment become faulty, a member of our staff will come to collect the "patient" from you. In the meantime, we will of course provide you with a replacement unit.
